Otherwise you may Contact Us at the General Office to set up a secure account in which to download your reports or transfer data files. All information on the FTP server is confidential and secure.

If the link brings you to an error page try the following.
In IEv6 push the ‘Refresh’ button, ‘GO’ button at the end of your address bar or ‘F5’ on the keyboard. Enter user name and password.
In IEv7 go to the ‘Page’ menu then ‘Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer’. At the Error press ‘OK’ then ‘File’ in the menu and ‘Login As...’. Enter User name and password.
