Lee joined RIS in 1973 and developed RIS from a small company specializing in grocery inventories to a full-service provider recognized by its peers as one of the top inventory services in North America. Served on the NAAIS Board as President, Vice President and Associate Director since the late 1990’s.

Dave Foag

Chief Operating Officer

Dave has six years experience in Retailing Management. Spent 21 years in the inventory service industry before joining RIS in 1997. Head of corporate sales and account management. Has served on the NAAIS Board since 2001.

Richard Thompson
Vice President of Technology

Richard has been a professional software developer for over 25 years. Nearly all of that time has been spent providing technical solutions for inventory services and their clients. Richard provides RIS with the technical expertise to handle any size inventory and technology platform.

Sue Eichler
General Manager \ Human Resources

Sue has 30 years as an elementary teacher. Joined RIS in 1997. Oversees human resources, general accounting, information processing and coordinates all divisions.

Jeff Cullen
Director of Operations, Twin Cities MN

Jeff has 20 years experience in the inventory service industry before joining RIS in 2004. Oversees operations for all remote offices also staffing, operations, scheduling and customer service for the Twin Cities Metro area.

Ron Ruport
Operations Manager, Rochester, MN

Ron has 12 years experience in the inventory service industry before joining RIS in 2006. Oversees staffing, field training, operations and scheduling for the Rochester and surrounding area.

Jim Keener
Operations Manager, Wausau WI

Jim joined RIS in 1999. Oversees staffing, field training, operations and scheduling for the north central Wisconsin area.

Robert Lattin
Operations Manager, Detroit MI

Robert has nine years in the inventory service industry before joining RIS in 2009. He has 15 years experience in business management, sales and marketing. Oversees account management, regional staffing, field training, operations and scheduling for Michigan and Ohio Valley area.

Bill Wright
Account Executive, Detroit MI

Joined RIS in 2009. Bill has been in the inventory service industry for 42 years with becoming a co-owner of a regional inventory service in Michigan in 1970 and full owner in 1991. Oversees sales and large account management for the Michigan and Ohio Valley area. He has lived in Michigan all his life with his wife and has three kids.

Steve Koontz
Operations Manager, Sioux Falls SD

Steve has 28 years experience in the inventory service industry before joining RIS in 2005. Oversees regional staffing, field training, operations, scheduling and customer service in the South Dakota and Iowa area.
